Saturday, 20 November 2010Reigning South Indian actress Nayantara, who is making a return to her professional supremacy after the success of her last release Boss Engira Baskaran (Tamil), signed a mythological film in Telugu titled Sri Rama Rajyam, directed by Babu and produced by Yelamanchili Saibabu.
According to reports, she will play Goddess Sita in this flick which has veteran Balakrishna in the lead as Rama. Based on a chapter in the great epic Ramayana, this magnum opus will be launched on November 22 at Ramakrishna Cine Studios, Hyderabad. Regular shooting will commence from December first week.
The film has music by maestro Ilayaraja. Mullapudi Venkata Ramana is the man behind the screenplay and dialogues. Camera is by P.R.K. Raju, editing by G.G. Krishna Rao, art by Ravinder, graphics by Kamalakannan and choreography by Sreenu.
