Generally, Hari’s films revolve around a large family set in a village scenario but this time he has deviated.
Vengai has Dhanush and Tamannah playing lead roles. Speaking about the film, Dhanush has said that Hari is a strict director on the sets and would not hesitate to extract work from the artistes until he got the desired results
