The audio launch of Aayiram Vilakku took place at Sathyam Cinemas in Chennai today (August 9, 2010). It was a well-attended event with many celebrities present at the venue. Speaking at the function, Sun TV’s Hansraj Saxena said that he liked the story of AV when its director S P Hosimin narrated it to him. Saxena added that the film would turn out to be a hit. He also made a request to the AV team to postpone its release after September as Endhiran is due to hit the screens that month. According to Saxena, a film like AV should turn out to be a hit and not be eclipsed by Endhiran. Saxena also lauded Shanthanu, Sana khan and Sathyaraj for their excellentperformance in AV.
